Reinsurance is a separate segment of insurance business. It implies partial transfer of the financial risk which the insurer had previously taken over by underwriting policies, to the reinsurer. In return, the insurer pays reinsurance premium (direct reinsurance).

Our business covers this segment of the intermediation. We intermediate in the reinsurance of all of the risks but we are focusing on the optional (voluntary) reinsurance coverage for:

• Liabilities of public officials

• Product liability + Extended product liability
• Insurance of goods in transit (Cargo insurance)
• Marine and Aviation Insurance
• Accident Insurance

• Credit Bond Insurance
  
• Performance Bond Insurance
• Property damages (Insurance of construction and assembly works, insurance of renewable energy sources, All risks insurance)

We also intermediate in the creation of the Treaty reinsurance contracts, in particular for the risks of liability insurance, marine insurance, accident insurance and bonds. Brokerage on the reinsurance market is conducted mainly through the London and Munich markets, but always in cooperation with Reinsurance undertakings of minimum A- Standard & Poors rating.

Risk assessment
We are performing the evaluation and risk assessment for our clients. This includes the review of the value of assets, protective measures, business risks and the proposal of insurance coverage on a tailor-made basis.

Where do we operate?
We operate in Croatia and Slovenia directly, and through a partnership agreement in the area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the near future we plan to spread our business in Serbia.
